Dimerkstop
Computational and experimental research for the identification of new antineoplastic inhibitors of kinase dimerization

Starting from the recently described structure of the first known ERK modulator, this project aims to apply a multidisciplinary strategy to identify new inhibitory molecules of ERK dimerization, with enhanced pharmacological properties, prone to industrial protection. The final goal is to develop these compounds following strict regulatory law, enabling their commercial exploitation in the area of oncology.
