The funding covers the preparation, development and presentation of proposals for any of the calls of the Framework Program for Research and Innovation (H2020), being the maximum aid intensity a 75% of all involved costs.

Eligible costs include external services such as costs for consultancy and services aimed to the design of business projects matching the H2020 calls. In particular, the assessment in proposal preparation and administrative formalities to present the aided projects at the respective calls, the assessment in agreements and industrial property of project results, and the costs associated to partner search.
